An excellent opportunity for Senior Retail Manager has arisen to join our Toll Co.team. Reporting to Toll Co. Operation Manager, you will have specific responsibility for optimizing the Toll Co's secondary commercial income opportunities.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to :
* Optimizing the Toll Co's secondary commercial income opportunities from advertising, retail and possibly leisure vendors, principally, but not restricted to, Rest Areas. (Primary being receipt of Toll incomes
* Interface responsibility with Authorities for licencing and permits.
* Development and maintaining effective relationship with all members of the Toll Company Management Teams and Jakarta office and especially: Toll Co Board in Jakarta, TC Technical Manager and TC Operations Manager
* Establish and maintain relationship with TCI Construction Unit site staff.
* Government officials, at the Regent/District and local levels, who have responsibility for operation Sites
* Taxation officials (both formal and informal)
* Incumbents of equivalent roles in other companies in Toll Management Companies who are operating in similar environments.
* BPJT representatives.
* Representatives of the funding institutions.
* Potential vendors, both within Indonesia and Internationally.
To be successful in this role you will need have relevant degree preferably in a Business or Economics discipline, but also possibly Engineering or Project Management if the individual has a developer background, Minimum 20 years post graduate experience, most of which will have been working client side, preferably in a development/ feasibility or retail or leisure management function.
